Six Sigma Green Belt Certification comprises of concepts that are essential to the Six Sigma methodologies .This training focuses on teaching professionals the important strategies which will help in the improvement of various business processes. The breakdown of the DMAIC , which stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control processes will allow the Green Belt students to become familiar with the processes that are carried out in an organization. Green Belts operate in a team and are able to perform better in a team as they do not possess leadership qualities.
The Green Belts are just as important, if not more important than the other levels of Six Sigma Belts and other designated specialty levels as without their expertise the operations in an organization cannot be carried out effectively.
